Nordic Hotel Forum invites to Jazzkaar

Jazzkaar will take place from 21 to 28 April 2024. The Jazz Festival starts on Sunday, 21 April, with a day of free concerts at Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn.

We are delighted to share that also this year, Nordic Hotel Forum will be the partner and supporter of a prestigious international jazz festival Jazzkaar.

Jazzkaar is an international jazz festival that has been held in Tallinn since 1990 and is the largest of its kind in the Baltics. The festival, which celebrates its 35th anniversary this year, has featured over 40 national jazz musicians and ensembles over the years. As befits Jazzkaar, this year’s jubilee festival also has a rich rainbow of jazz sounds, from which each listener can choose their favourites.

Jazzkaareprogramme

The Jazzkaar programme is always rich and varied. The festival features legendary jazz musicians as well as emerging talents, offering traditional jazz and contemporary music pieces to the audience. The musicians bring to life classic jazz pieces and contemporary compositions, offering something for everyone. Jazzkaar has announced a line-up of European and American jazz stars performing the latest trends in jazz today. Estonian musicians will also be featured, including a new band Boomcat with Liisi Koikson, the debut of a new Tafenau-Kass-Tammearu band, the launch of Estonian Voices’ new album and much more.
