Champagne Dinner at Nordic Hotel Forum
On Wednesday, 29 October 2025, at 6:00 PM, Nordic Hotel Forum will host a Champagne Dinner accompanied by the opening of the „One Painting Exhibition”.
Inspired by Cossy Champagne, the rich and refined multi-course seafood menu has been created by Virko Tugevus, the Executive Chef of the restaurants at Nordic Hotel Forum. The Cossy champagnes served with each course will be introduced by Sophie Cossy, the owner and chef de cave of the Cossy family business. During the Month of Art, artist Juss Piho will present his new painting.
At the heart of the evening is a champagne-inspired dinner where each course – from oysters to the vibrant sweet finale – is crafted to harmonize with the elegant flavors of Champagne Cossy. The dinner concludes with a taste of France’s finest drinking tradition – Maxime Trijol Cognac. Explore the menu here.

As part of the Month of Art, we are proud to present a new painting by Juss Piho. The work will be described and interpreted by art critic and exhibition curator Harry Liivrand.
Juss Piho (born in 1963) is an Estonian painter who began his artistic career at an early age, working as a cartoonist for Estonian newspapers and magazines. His first solo exhibition took place in 1988. Piho’s works are represented in both Estonian and international collections, including the Bene Stiftung collection in Germany, the Museum of New Art in Pärnu, the Viinistu Art Museum, and the National Library of Estonia. He has been nominated several times for the Konrad Mägi Award.
The Champagne dinner will take place on Wednesday, 29 October 2025, at 6:00 PM at Nordic Hotel Forum, Viru Väljak 3, Tallinn.

The evening will feature Cossy Champagne, presented by Sophie Cossy. To conclude the dinner, Kaido Laanet, the brand ambassador of Maxime Trijol, will introduce a perfectly paired cognac. As part of the Month of Art, artist Juss Piho will present his latest work.
Champagne Cossy is a family-owned Champagne house in France with roots dating back to 1764. Today, the estate is led by Sophie Cossy, who took over after her father’s passing. Cossy’s vineyards are located mainly in the village of Jouy-lès-Reims in the Montagne de Reims area, with additional plots extending into neighboring regions such as Pargny-lès-Reims.
