Our chef will be preparing poached eggs at the egg station, while our hot selection includes honey-glazed salmon and BBQ pork tenderloin served with gourmet fries. For a sweet finale, choose from a silky crème brûlée or a refreshing syrup and mint smoothie, just to name few delicates from the menu.

As a special highlight, guests can enjoy our Pavlova buffet, where everyone can create a dessert tailored to their own taste. Simply top a crispy meringue base with your favorite toppings, fresh berries, and airy whipped cream—exactly the way you like it.

We are offering a Mother’s Day family reception buffet on Sunday, 10 May 2026 from 1 PM to 4 PM at the Nordic Hotel Forum restaurant Nomel.

Prices and booking:

  • €46 per adult (aged 15 and above)
  • €23 per child (aged 7-14)
  • FREE for small children aged 0-6
  • The price includes: a buffet-style menu, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic mimosas. View the menu here.
  • Drinks can also be purchased on site
  • Last admission to the reception at 3 PM
  • If your plans change, you may cancel your prepaid reservation free of charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Tickets to the buffet can be purchased from our online store. Please add to cart and buy tickets for all guests, including small children. This way we will know to expect you and prepare the tables accordingly. Thank you!
