The Monaco restaurant and its enticing menu await you on the first floor of the hotel. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind right in the heart of the city. Our friendly chefs and level of service will surprise you, whether you're looking for an invigorating breakfast, a tasty lunch, a gourmet dinner or simply a fine glass of wine. We offer a special menu for children, and in summer you can make the most of our terrace.
Our style is modern fusion – in other words, a fresh take on classical and international dishes. The restaurant's head chef is Oleg Alasi: Chef of the Year 2001, President of the Estonian Association of Chefs 2004–2006 and winner of a Cordon Bleu medal.
The restaurant has seating for 152 diners: 120 in brasserie-style and 32 in a cosier, more private style.
The restaurant was named after the honorary consulate of the Principality of Monaco located in Nordic Hotel Forum.
Open 12:00–23:00 Monday to Friday and 18:00–23:00 Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Lobby bar
The bright and spacious lobby bar, with seating for up to 60, welcomes you with an open fire and unobtrusive but stylish music. It is an ideal place for quick business lunches, spending time with friends or simply taking time out in the heart of the city. It is also perfectly situated and laid out to make people-watching a viable pastime, but obvious enough that anyone looking for you will always find you. You'll feel as though you're in a leafy park. Why not set yourself up with your laptop by the fire for an hour?
The lobby bar has free WiFi and offers a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, cocktails and snacks. Every now and then the bar also hosts piano evenings and DJ events.
